1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bb56 website, mobile app, or any services provided under the bb56 brand, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement takes effect from the moment you register an account or use any part of the platform — whichever comes first.

3 Account Registration

Your account is personal. You must not share your login credentials with anyone else or allow another person to access your account. bb56 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you.

bb56 may require additional identity verification — commonly referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer) — before processing withdrawals or when account activity triggers a review. You agree to cooperate with any such verification request promptly and to provide supporting documents if asked.

4 Deposits

All deposits on bb56 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). You may fund your account through supported Philippine payment channels, which include local bank transfers and selected e-wallets. Available deposit methods are shown within the platform at the time of deposit.

The name on your payment account must match the registered name on your bb56 account. Deposits made from accounts in a different name may be declined or held for review.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the platform and may vary depending on the selected payment method. These limits are displayed at the point of transaction.

bb56 does not accept deposits via credit card or cryptocurrency. Attempting to deposit through unsupported methods may result in delays or return of funds, and the cost of any reversal will be borne by the player.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the designated section in your bb56 account. Funds are paid out to the Philippine bank account registered under your name on bb56 — not to third-party accounts.

OTP verification is required to authorise every withdrawal. The one-time code is sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. Withdrawals will not be processed without successful OTP confirmation.

bb56 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending identity verification or account review. Where this happens, you will be notified and given an opportunity to provide the required documentation.

Repeated withdrawal requests for amounts below the published minimum, or patterns of deposit-then-immediate-withdrawal without meaningful platform activity, may be subject to review.

6 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All bets placed on bb56 are subject to the specific rules governing each game type or sports market. These rules are accessible within each game or betting section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and Conditions and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules apply within that context.

Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding. bb56 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where the platform determines that a manifest error has occurred — for example, an incorrect price displayed due to a technical issue. In such cases, bb56 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

For live sports betting, odds are updated in real time. It is your responsibility to confirm the current odds before placing a live bet. bb56 is not liable for bets placed at odds that were in the process of updating at the time of placement.

bb56 covers a range of sports relevant to the Philippine market — including basketball (PBA, NBA), volleyball, boxing, football, and esports — as well as casino game categories such as slots, fish games, live casino, eBingo, and online poker. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are prohibited on bb56 and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of outstanding balances:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other game where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Exploiting errors in odds, software bugs, or technical malfunctions to generate unearned winnings.
• Providing false information during registration or at any verification stage.
• Using the bb56 platform for any money laundering activity or any other financial conduct that is unlawful under Philippine law.
• Allowing a third party to access your account or operating an account on behalf of someone else.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals.

bb56 monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is ongoing, bb56 may temporarily restrict account access, including withholding withdrawal processing, until the review is complete.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Verification documents are not provided within a reasonable time when requested.
• Activity on the account is consistent with fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting bb56 support through the platform. Any confirmed pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed through the normal procedure. Outstanding bet settlements will be completed based on the official results of the relevant events.

10 Privacy and Personal Data

In all cases where bb56's liability to a player is established, the maximum liability is limited to the verified account balance held by the player at the time of the relevant event. bb56 is not liable for indirect losses, loss of opportunity, or any consequential damages.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bb56 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, services, or applicable requirements. When material changes are made, notice will be provided through the platform or via your registered contact details where practicable.

Continued use of bb56 after updated Terms and Conditions have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
